The Front Range

Based in Westminster, Colorado. We Are at Home Across the Front Range

Sage Audits works from one office: 1499 West 120th Ave, Suite 110, Westminster, CO 80234, where the US-36 corridor meets the north Denver metro. That puts Denver, Boulder and Broomfield within about half an hour of our door, and Fort Collins and Colorado Springs within about ninety minutes down I-25. If you'd rather sit down and talk, we can drive over.

We generally work remote. We can run every engagement through our tools or through your systems. Artifact, our client portal, is how we communicate with you, so distance never decides audit quality. We work well in Microsoft Teams and Zoom, but we don't mind coming by to visit and greet your team.

SOC examinations are attestation engagements performed by a licensed CPA firm. The work can be done in person or remotely. When you select your auditor, make sure to ask how the engagement runs and what the process is like. When you work with us, we tailor our process to fit your needs. If you have a compliance platform, we can work with you to gather the evidence. If you don't have a platform, that is perfectly fine. We can use your systems or you may use our system to upload and transfer evidence to us for the audit examination process. Using tech to streamline the process enables us to make sure most engagements run fully remote with ease.

Under CPA mobility provisions adopted across nearly every U.S. jurisdiction (see NASBA's substantial equivalency guide), a CPA firm licensed in Colorado can generally perform attestation work for companies based in other states without holding a second license there. A few states add a firm-registration step for attest services, and we confirm the requirements for your state during scoping, before anything is signed.
